Jean Marie Descarpentries, |
A graduate of France's Ecole Polytechnique, Officier de la Légion d’Honneur, Officier de l’Ordre National du Mérite.
After starting his career with Shell and McKinsey, he became a corporate executive with the BSN group and later with Saint Gobain. From 1982 to 1991, he headed Carnaud Metalbox. Subsequently called in to help Bull, between 1993 and 1997 he turned the company around before privatising it. After that, he took over as Executive Manager of the Ingenico group.

A graduate of the ESSEC business school and the ENA (Ecole nationale d'administration), Inspector of Finance.
Joined Sofinnova Partners in 2006 as an associate.
Before then, he held operational positions of responsibility at France Telecom from 1998 onwards. He was appointed CEO of Alapage.com in 2000, and CEO of Wanadoo in 2002, raising the latter to the world's second-ranking player in terms of number of broadband customers. He was behind the launch of both the Livebox modem router and VoIP.

Benedikt Timmerman, |
Specialising in innovation and life sciences, in 2001 he founded the BT PHARMA laboratory, which in March 2010 became GENTICEL, where he is Chairman of the Executive Board.

Jean Morisson de la Bassetière, |
A graduate of Stanford University (USA), widely experienced in brand development and communication, having pursued a long career as customer relations manager and as senior general manager for English-speaking advertising agencies such as Young & Rubicam and Saatchi & Saatchi.
The founder and manager of the Invescom agency, he has been providing consultancy services to institutional clients for some ten years now.

Pierre Schoen, |
His name was long associated with the business his father created, Gebo Industries, which designs and manufactures drink bottling machinery. He expanded the business considerably before selling it in 1997.
Since then, he manages investment funds (P2C) in various economic sectors.

A graduate of the Ecole de Sciences Politiques in Paris, he holds a Masters in business law and a DESS higher accounting diploma. A member of the SFAF French Society of Financial Analysts.
Eric Girardin has spent his entire career in banking (NATIXIS group) since joining the BFCE French foreign trade bank in 1975.

Gianbeppi Fortis, |
A graduate of the Milan Polytechnic School, he holds an MBA from the INSEAD business school.
After starting his career as a Project Engineer with IBM in Italy, he held operational positions of responsibility at Equant and Motorola in France before being appointed CEO of companies working in new technologies and telecommunications in Italy, France and Europe.
He co-founded PC30, where he was appointed Chairman of the Executive Board on 26 May 2005.

Emmanuel Journe, |
A graduate of the Reims Graduate Business School.
After 25 years spent in operational management positions with subsidiaries of international agri-food groups both in France and overseas, he worked for 10 years as an entrepreneur of an SME and in business consultancy.
The project's first "non-technical" investor, he was appointed to the Supervisory Board at the shareholders' general meeting on 26 May 2005.
Joining the company's payroll as its Corporate Secretary in 2006, he resigned from his chairmanship of the Supervisory Board (to be succeeded by Jean Marie Descarpentries), and was appointed member of the PC30 Executive Board as of midnight on 24 July 2009.
