Jean Marie  Descarpentries,
76, French nationality


A graduate of France's Ecole Polytechnique, Officier de la Légion d’Honneur, Officier de l’Ordre National du Mérite.


After starting his career with Shell and McKinsey, he became a corporate executive with the BSN group and later with Saint Gobain. From 1982 to 1991, he headed Carnaud Metalbox. Subsequently called in to help Bull, between 1993 and 1997 he turned the company around before privatising it. After that, he took over as Executive Manager of the Ingenico group.

    55, French nationality

    A graduate of the ESSEC business school and the ENA (Ecole nationale d'administration), Inspector of Finance.


    Joined Sofinnova Partners in 2006 as an associate.

    Olivier Sichel began his career in 1994 at the Ministry of economy and finance. In 1998, Olivier Sichel joined France Telecom where he had operational responsibilities. In September 2000, he became CEO of, a start-up of the online business of Wanadoo, which he positioned as one of the leaders in e-business.
    He was appointed CEO of Wanadoo in 2002. By the time Wanadoo was delisted in April 2004, the company had quadrupled its profitability. Sichel then took over the fixed-line and Internet divisions of France Telecom. Under his leadership, France Telecom moved from the 9th to 2nd place worldwide in ADSL. He oversaw the launch of the Livebox and the VOIP.
    In 2006 he joined Sofinnova Partners, a leading venture capital in France, where he led numerous investments in digital start-ups in France and abroad, such as Odoo, Solutions30, Mydeco or BlueKiwi. 2012, he became CEO of, leader in Europe of shopping guides and sold the company to Kelkoo in 2016.
    He is now the chairman of the Digital New Deal a think tank he founded specialized on web and is a member of BPIFrance advisory board.
    Olivier Sichel, 50 years old, graduated from Essec, a French business school and from ENA, the French administrative school.

    Jean Morisson de la Bassetière,
    58, French nationality

A graduate of Stanford University (USA), widely experienced in brand development and communication, having pursued a long career as customer relations manager and as senior general manager for English-speaking advertising agencies such as Young & Rubicam and Saatchi & Saatchi.


The founder and manager of the Invescom agency, he has been providing consultancy services to institutional clients for some ten years now.

Caroline Tissot
French citizen

Graduate of the Institut d'Etudes Politiques, Paris,
and Dauphine University, Paris


Caroline Tissot began her career in 1995 as a consultant with Deloitte France, where she worked for clients such as La Caisse d'Epargne and Renault. In 2003, she joined General Electric's European headquarters, where she gained comprehensive experience in the purchasing sector in an international environment. In 2012, she was appointed Bouygues Telecom's Purchasing Manager. In September 2016, Caroline Tissot took over responsibility for the procurement activities of AccorHotels Group: She redefined their procurement strategy and overlooked its implementation in the 95 countries in which AccorHotels is present.

50, Italian nationality


A graduate of the Milan Polytechnic School, he holds an MBA from the INSEAD business school.


After starting his career as a Project Engineer with IBM in Italy, he held operational positions of responsibility at Equant and Motorola in France before being appointed CEO of companies working in new technologies and telecommunications in Italy, France and Europe.


He co-founded PC30, where he was appointed Chairman of the Executive Board on 26 May 2005.

Emmanuel Journe,
65, French nationality


A graduate of the Reims Graduate Business School.


After 25 years spent in operational management positions with subsidiaries of international agri-food groups both in France and overseas, he worked for 10 years as an entrepreneur of an SME and in business consultancy.


The project's first "non-technical" investor, he was appointed to the Supervisory Board at the shareholders' general meeting on 26 May 2005.


Joining the company's payroll as its Corporate Secretary in 2006, he resigned from his chairmanship of the Supervisory Board (to be succeeded by Jean Marie Descarpentries), and was appointed member of the PC30 Executive Board as of midnight on 24 July 2009.
