The Solutions 30 Code of Conduct clearly outlines how we conduct ourselves in every aspect of business. It is a statement to our stakeholders and business partners to make sure they can count on us to operate with respect, honesty, and fairness at all times.

The following Code of Conduct is based on the principles of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the core labor standards of the International Labor Organization (ILO). We have formulated steadfast rules for how to act in the professional environment and clearly defined them in the corresponding group guidelines and agreements. Those who do not act in accordance with the group guidelines and agreements will be met by consequences from the company and the law.

This Code of Conduct incorporates fundamental principles and rules for our actions. It demonstrates our commitment to our business partners, our shareholders, and the society we live in.
