Solutions 30 and Human Rights
Solutions 30 commits to safeguard the rights of all people working for the Group directly or indirectly. It has adopted a Human Rights policy, which contains the over-arching principles that the Group embeds in its activities, policies and systems. The Human Rights Policy is based on universally accepted standards: The International Bill of Human Rights of the United Nations (UN); The core conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO) – Nos. 29, 87, 98, 100, 105, 111, 138, 182 – and the Declaration on fundamental Principles and Rights at Work; The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child; The European Convention on Human Rights.
Acting with integrity
Solutions 30 believes in the integrity of its organization and the reputation for professional and ethical conduct of its employees, suppliers and contractors. It is committed to the preservation of its integrity and reputation. The Code of Conduct and Supplier Code of Conduct lay out the expected ethical standards for staff members, as well as for suppliers and contractors. The Group’s anti-corruption policy forms part of the Code of Conduct.
