Reporting to the Head of I&C, the Delivery Manager will primarily be responsible for the leadership and delivery of Solutions30 services across an assigned customer work stream, including management of gating and scheduling sites into the programme of work throughout the lifecycle, to Handover Pack completion and payment. The Delivery Manager will also act as the interface between the Customer and Solutions30 for escalations, alongside ensuring delivery and performance meets the required standards within their team.

The Delivery Manager will also be responsible for:
• Site gating, weekly scheduling of all activity with customer and internal teams.
• Management and scheduling of resource. Updating of NSS resource daily.
• Ensuring all enabling process and activity are completed including Pre-Installation Visits (PIV), Risk and Method Statements (RAMs), Permits to work, Site Specific Management Plans (SSMP) are of the correct quality.
• Overseeing scheduling of electrical and rigging team(s) where applicable.
• Updating of internal and external databases, systems, and trackers to enable accurate reporting and cost control.
• Acting as an escalation point for all activity on site during the day.
• Raise Health and Safety incidents and escalate issues to management and Safety Health Environment Quality (SHEQ) advisor.
• Peer and quality check RAMS.
• Ensure all additional costs incurred that are chargeable are captured and logged with Finance.
• Ensure SLA on HOP delivery is met.
• Provide support and cover for other work stream areas. Adopt a flexible approach to supporting other areas when necessary. Work largely unsupervised but contribute to team performance; suggest improvements to working practice where possible.

About the Candidate

We would welcome applicants with the following skills and experience:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar managerial role.
• Previous experience with a telecommunications company (preferably a mobile operator)
• Working knowledge of Ericsson/ Huawei systems such as Site Handler would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills – able to communicate across several levels in a business.
• Strong team player, able to manage a team effectively to deliver within client SLA’s.
• Customer focused approach to project delivery.
• Excellent PC Skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access.
• Willing to travel to customer sites or other Solutions30 offices as and when required.
