Field Manager
Field Based with regular attendance at Chester HQ

The Field Manager is responsible for ensuring all field related personnel perform fault resolution duties in line with best practices that are safe, efficient and are completed in line with contractual SLA guidelines. The Field Manager will have complete control of the field delivery staff, report directly into Service Delivery Manager, and will be responsible for ensuring staff have the appropriate:

• Skills
• Training
• Documentation
• Scheduling of shift rotas
• Access to working tools, software support platforms and equipment
• Appropriate PPE

Key Responsibilities:
• Management duties and responsibilities for the entire field team.
• Scheduling and rota management and ensuring client WFM systems are updated accurately.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and drive field teams to achieve desired SLAs.
• Ability to identify and implement performance improvement plans as appropriate.
• Help and assist QHSE teams with their quality and audit checks and measures.
• Assist Service Delivery Manger with any timesheet / commercial queries relating to field performance.
• Monitor and action reporting or trend analysis data as provided by Reporting Analyst to help improve delivery efficiencies.
• Conduct client facing duties and responsibilities pertinent to the role requirements.

About the Candidate

Essential Skills and Experience:
• Prior experience within telecommunication sector in managing the field element within a ticket based FLM reactive service.
• Experienced in man management skills, duties, and responsibilities.
• Team player.
• Can do attitude and can demonstrate ability to drive a positive working culture across a UK wide field force.
• Can demonstrate experience in managing and delivering successfully within a fast paced, SLA driven service scope.
• Ability to work closely with all back-office team members who are supporting the field engineers.
