Description

We are actively seeking a Reporting Analyst to ensure all data and business reporting is established, maintained and executable as required by Service Delivery Manager.

The service platform will be a client provided Workforce Management platform where field related fault tickets will be raised by end client, and our service desk will be required to action, process, and dispatch field personnel.
The Reporting Analyst will have full access to client and internal tools, system platforms and databases.
The Reporting Analyst will work closely with and report directly to the Service Delivery Manager as well as working with appropriate client operational staff to establish and set up the reporting suite templates, and ensure they are maintained and accessible as and when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy
• Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout
• Accurately analyse and collect data for various types of business reports supporting the wider team as a result
• Create business reports that provide insight into key data points
• Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to colleagues and superiors
• Monitor data to identify and report on trend analysis

About the Candidate

• Prior experience within telecommunication sector
• Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
• Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritise projects to meet deadlines
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, graphs, and charts
• SQL or VBA experience - preferable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems, pay close attention to small details and make decisions
• General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, process, and information flow
• Can demonstrate experience in managing and delivering successfully within a fast paced, SLA driven service scope.
• Ability to work closely with all back-office team members who are supporting the field engineers.
