Rothschild & Cie will support Solutions30 in its search for reference shareholders

On May 23rd, Solutions30 announced that it had initiated a selection process for investment bankers in order to start searching for anchor shareholder(s).

As a result of this process, Solutions30 appointed Rothschild & Cie, who will support the Group’s strategic thinking in order to strengthen its shareholder structure.
