Solutions30 is the target of a destabilization campaign that was initiated several weeks ago. In this context, an independent audit has been commissioned and is ongoing. Deloitte who is leading this mission and relies on Didier Kling Expertises and Consulting for the accounting part, is auditing all the allegations raised and is conducting all the necessary investigations. The conclusions will be communicated at the end of the audit. In the meantime, the group is executing its strategy and has not noted any impact on its business. The group will publish its 2020 sales figures tomorrow evening, Tuesday January 26th, after the market close.
