Annual general meeting and extraordinary general meeting

SOLUTIONS30 SE (the Company) informs its shareholders that its annual general meeting (AGM), as well as its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) will be held on 26 June 2020 at 9:00 a.m. Central European Summer Time (CEST) and 11:00 am CEST (the AGM and EGM are collectively referred to as the General Meetings). Considering the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic and the restrictions on travels and gatherings, these General Meetings will be held without a physical presence, as permitted by Luxembourg law.
