Alexander SATOR
Chairman of the Supervisory Board
German nationality

Alexander Sator is German. As an adolescent in 1983, he co-founded, successfully ran and developed a software company for two years. Physics graduate and inventor of several laser technology renowned inventions; he furthered his career in fundamental research. In 1996, he founded Sator Laser, a company specialised in industrial laser systems and became Group Technical Director in 2001, at a time when Domino Printing Science, Plc bought shares in the company. In 2005, he became CEO of 4G Systems and sold the shares he held in company to Deutsche Telekom in 2006. He went on to create Sapfi Kapital Management, a family office that invests in the telecommunications industry. For two years during the same period, he was also Deutsche Telekom’s Strategy Advisor, and President and shareholder for Cinterion Wireless Modules, a Siemens spin-off. On January 1st, 2018, Alexander Sator founded and became CEO for 1nce, a joint venture between Deutsche Telekom and the leading Internet of Things operator. As a board member, he provides business development support for several companies.

A graduate of Stanford University (USA), widely experienced in brand development and communication, having pursued a long career as customer relations manager and as senior general manager for English-speaking advertising agencies such as Young & Rubicam and Saatchi & Saatchi.

The founder and manager of the Invescom agency, he has been providing consultancy services to institutional clients for some ten years now.

Caroline TISSOT

Caroline Tissot is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and holds a Masters from Université Paris Dauphine. She started her career in 1995 as a consultant with Deloitte France, where she notably worked for clients such as La Caisse d’Epargne, Orange and Renault. In 2003, Caroline Tissot joined General Electric’s Brussels-based European head office where she spent nearly ten years in Procurement gaining expertise in this field as well as robust international experience. In 2012, she was appointed Chief Procurement Officer of Bouygues Telecom, a French telecommunications operator.

In September 2016, Caroline Tissot moved to AccorHotels to head up Group Procurement. She is developing the GPO which supplies Accor 4,200 hotels in 95 countries with all the products and services they need for their construction, refurbishment and daily operations.

Francesco SEFARINI

Italian nationality

Francesco Serafini is Italian and joined Hewlett-Packard in 1981 where he spent most of his career. Until 2005, he held senior roles in the Group such as Senior Vice-President for HP Services and Senior Vice-President of HP Technology Solutions Group for Europe and the Middle East. In 2005, he became head of Hewlett-Packard European operations, and in 2009, became the Group’s Executive Vice President in charge of emerging markets.

In 1986, Paul Raguin founded the EOLANE Group that he ran until 2017 and for which today he is Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Under his leadership, the EOLANE Group has become the leader in industry services in electronics and connected solutions, achieving revenue of €370m, with 20 subsidiaries located in France and internationally, and employing nearly 3,300 people. Previously, Paul Raguin held various positions in sales, operations and financial departments at Vilmorin Group, the Lepage business incubators and the Institut Français de Gestion, administrator of the insurance group La Mondiale AG2R for 14 years. He holds a degree from the Institut de Hautes Finances de Paris and an MBA from Laval University in Quebec. He is an engineer economist at CNAM, a winner of the Sully Olivier de Serres prize, an expert topography Geometrist and an ITM / ICM city planner.

Paul Raguin is a Knight of the Order of the Legion of Honour.

Jean-Paul COTTET
Member of the Supervisory Board
French nationality

A graduate of Ecole Polytechnique, Mines ParisTech and Telecom ParisTech, Jean-Paul Cottet started his career in the nuclear industry, followed by France Telecom/Orange as Network Operations Director in Marseille. He has held a variety of management positions among which include positions in the Paris Executive Management team, Sales Director France Direction and Director of Public Tender Offers. He also worked as Network Operations Director for France. He then moved into various positions on the Group’s Executive Committee as General Secretary, CIO, Head of the International Division and Head of Marketing for Innovation and Content Activities.

He currently works as a Management Consultant in New Technologies.

Gianbeppi FORTIS
Chief Executive Officer

Gianbeppi Fortis is a graduate of the Milan Polytechnic School and holds an MBA from the INSEAD business school. He has held operational management positions at IBM, Equant and Motorola. He then started up several businesses in new technologies and telecommunications in France and Europe.

In 2003, he co-founded Solutions 30.

Having spent a first part of his career in the import/export business, he moved on to IT and optimised IT systems in the companies he worked for. In 2003, he co-founded SOLUTIONS 30.

Chief Financial Officer Group

An ESC Reims graduate who holds an MBA Corporate Finance degree from Kent University, Amaury Boilot started his career at EY, first as an auditor, and then as Senior Consultant and Manager. He joined the Solutions 30 Group in 2014 to manage PC30 and Money 30. In May 2017, he becomes CFO and is appointed to the Executive Board.

Olivier RAGUIN
Deputy Chief Operating Officer
French nationality

An ESC Reims graduate who holds an MBA from Neoma Business School, he began his career by creating in 2006 ABC Clic, a computer training company for seniors, bought by Solutions 30 in 2008. He has since occupied various operational positions in Solutions 30. Operations Manager of Solutions 30 in 2011, he was appointed Director of Operations in 2013 before becoming Deputy COO a year later and appointed to the Executive Board on 25 July 2016.
